Registration Deadline and Procedures

Registrations must be postmarked by February 1, 2012. After this date, a late fee of $40 will be applied (if space is available).

Course size is limited, so early registration is strongly recommended. There are several ways to register: mail, fax, or phone. Registration must include payment (check, money order, credit card).

A $50 fee will be added for all returned checks. Make checks or money orders payable to Advanced Therapy Solutions. Full tuition payment is required to reserve your seat.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and received prior to the start of the workshop. All refunds will be issued following the completion of the workshop.

Advanced Therapy Solutions reserves the right to cancel any courses with due cause and provide a full refund to all participants. If courses are cancelled for due cause, Advanced Therapy Solutions is not responsible for lost money related to participant’s transportation.
